These terms cover your use of Winstyboy, operated by Breezy Design LLC. By using Winstyboy you agree to them.
The service
Organizers create events and share a link. Anyone with the link can add their availability. Paid organizers can book the meeting, which creates a calendar event, an optional video meeting, and invitations.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account you control.
- You're responsible for who you share event links with. Anyone with a link can respond and see the booked time and join link.
- Don't use Winstyboy to send spam, to collect people's information without reason, or to break the law.
Paid plan
- Booking is free for every organizer during early access.
- If a paid plan is introduced, its price and terms are shown before you pay, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
- Participants never pay.
Your content
You own what you put into Winstyboy. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service. See the privacy policy for details and retention.
Availability
We work to keep Winstyboy running, but it's provided as is. We depend on Google, Microsoft, Zoom, and Stripe, and can't guarantee they'll always respond. Check your calendar for the final word on a meeting.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Breezy Design LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will note the date above. You can stop using Winstyboy and delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
